CelloChanChat

cellochan approaches cello playing in as holistic a way as possible. Observation, which in cello playing includes "how does it feel and how does it sound" is a most powerful way to integrate different facets of our playing. Music, Mind, and Body are essentially one in my view. Relaxation, meditation, and self acceptance are a big part of it all too. That is what I'll be chatting about once a week.
